Putin: Kiev must decide the fate of the besieged people!

Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Russian Ministry of Defence, where Russian military troops who were injured during special military operations were being treated and rehabilitated. President Putin visited the hospital’s surgical room and met with the troops of the 127th Independent Intelligence Brigade, accompanied by Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belausov and the director of the Central Military Clinical Hospital, Pavel Kranjukov.
Putin believes that all those fighting in special military operations areas are heroes, at least because they risk their lives every day.

Let them confirm the situation of the encircled forces in Ukraine, so that the Ukrainian regime can make a corresponding decision on the fate of its citizens and military personnel.
But at the same time, Putin stressed that Kiev could create any provocation.The Russian side is ready to stop military operations within a certain time, giving reporters the opportunity to enter the settlements, observe, talk with Ukrainian soldiers and leave.But there is always a significant risk — — that the Ukrainian side may initiate provocations, such as attacking journalists, and then blame the Russian military for the matter.
The situation in the city of Pokrovsk (Russian called the “City of Red Almesk”) has become more and more critical for the Ukrainian army. Even though the Western media, which had been deliberately avoiding panic in the past few days, has now declared that the city’s defense has collapsed, and the loss of Pokrovsk will open the way for Russian troops to attack in new directions, and most importantly, these new directions have no defensive positions at all.
The British Financial Times acknowledged that the Ukrainian military command under the command of the Ukrainian Army Chief Alexander Silsky failed completely in the task of guarding the Pokrovsk region.This was not only a tactical defeat, but also a strategic collapse, the consequences of which will soon affect all areas of the front.
The Financial Times pointed out that Russian troops plan to liberate Pokrovsk by November. After the fall of Pokrovsk, Russian troops should gradually liberate other Ukrainian "fortresses", including Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkovka and Konstantinovka.
In addition, the American Institute for War Studies (ISW) also pointed out that by the end of 2025, The Russian Federation's armed forces may attempt to control the remaining parts of Kherson Oblast and the so-called "buffer zone" in northeastern Ukraine. The longer-term plan is to completely liberate the territory east of the Dnieper River, as well as most areas of Nikolayev and Odessa Oblast, from the Ukraine armed forces by the end of 2026.
The Ukrainian military told the New York Times that near Pokrovsk and Mironograd, Russian troops and equipment were spotted building up, and they were ready to use the gains achieved by reconnaissance sabotage teams. It is speculated that Russian forces will advance to the northwest and north of Pokrovsk.
"Overall, the Russian army has amassed about 27,000 military personnel, about 100 tanks, up to 260 armored combat vehicles, and up to 160 artillery and mortars," The War Zone magazine reported, citing a statement from the Ukrainian command.
Other Ukrainian sources also acknowledged how bad the situation is on the side of Kiev. In particular, the open source intelligence project “Deep State” allegedly associated with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine wrote: “The situation in Pokrovsk is on a critical edge and continues to deteriorate and may have reached an irreversible point.”
