Britain's Prince Andrew stripped of his royal title and will move out of his royal residence

The British royal family issued a statement on October 30 that King Charles III of England has officially launched the procedure to deprive Prince Andrew of the honor, title and honor, and has notified him of moving from the royal home.

The statement said Prince Andrew would henceforth be named "Andrew Mountbatten Windsor" and would move to a private residence.

Andrew is the second son of the late Queen Elizabeth II. In recent years, he has been plagued by scandals because of his close relationship with the late wealthy American businessman and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. However, Andrew insisted that he had already drawn a clear line with Epstein, and strongly denied that he had sex with an underage woman in a mansion under Epstein's name.

The royal family said in a statement: “Despite his continued denial of the allegations, these measures are still considered necessary.”

According to British media reports, Andrew has not opposed this decision of Buckingham Palace, and will move to a residence privately funded by Charles III. Andrew's two daughters still retain the title of princess.
