The US military launches air strikes! At least 61 people have died

U.S. Secretary of Defense (the "war secretary") Hegerseth said on October 29 that the U.S. military sank one "drug trafficking ship" in international waters in the East Pacific on the same day, killing four people on board.

This military strike brought the total number of ships suspected of drug trafficking sunk by U.S. troops to 15, and at least 61 people were killed in attacks since September.

Hagerseth said on social media that the sunk ship belonged to a terrorist organization identified by the U.S. government. According to US intelligence, the ship was traveling along a drug trafficking route when it was attacked and was carrying drugs. He did not provide evidence or the name of the drug ring.

He said the U.S. military will continue to take similar actions in the Western Hemisphere.

Earlier this month, the Trump administration submitted a memorandum to Congress stating that the United States and a drug trafficking group identified by the United States as a terrorist organization “are in a non-international armed conflict.”

More news more.

“The day before... a drug trafficking aircraft entered the Caribbean Sea. Our aircraft (system) detected it in a second,” Maduro said at an official event that day, “Today, two other drug trafficking aircraft entered from the north.

Meanwhile, Hertz said on social media platforms on Monday that the U.S. military sank a “drug-trafficking ship” earlier that day in international waters in the East Pacific, killing four people on board. The video accompanied by the relevant post showed a ship floating stationarly on the surface of the water, followed by a violent explosion and a fire.

The report mentioned that apart from the crackdown video, Washington has not disclosed any evidence to prove that its targets have been smuggling drugs or posing a threat to the United States.

It is understood that the "anti-drug" operation has aggravated the tension between the United States, Venezuela and Colombia. In addition, at the beginning of this month, the U.S. government submitted a memorandum to Congress, saying that the United States and drug trafficking groups identified by the United States as terrorist organizations are "in a non-international armed conflict". Many * lawmakers in the United States questioned the legality of these crackdowns.
