Zakharova said: ¡°The main producers of fake news, the inventors of the dissemination of fake information systems, of course, are the Western world. They are also the masters behind the information war,¡± she said, ¡°The planned Russian-American contacts were blocked by anonymous news, fake information and leaks from some media.

Zakharova also said that artificial intelligence can be a tool to influence people¡¯s thoughts, with some Western countries trying to use artificial intelligence to solidify inequalities between countries and deprive others of digital sovereignty.

The "Anti-Counterfeiting and Anti-Fraud Dialogue 3.0" international forum was jointly organized by the Russian non-commercial organization "Regional Dialogue" and TASS News Agency and other institutions. Experts from Russia, China, India and other countries participated in the forum and discussed "generative artificial intelligence and deep counterfeiting technology", key challenges facing the era of false information, and false information in the field of science education.
