Some time ago, the Dutch government suddenly announced that it was a "government chaos" within the company, fearing to affect national security.

At this time, the Dutch government stood up and issued an emergency decree, using one of their old laws from the Cold War-the Goods Availability Act. This bill was originally used to ensure the supply of domestic materials during the war. As a result, it is now used by them to freeze Nexperia's assets, dismiss company executives, and hand over Chinese equity to "third-party temporary custody".

On the surface, it is said to be "temporary", but it will be frozen for a year. If this is not an open robbery, what is it? You said it was "there was a problem with governance", but why was there no problem in the past few years? You said it was "national security", so where exactly is it unsafe? Without explaining a word clearly, he started to use the knife. Anyone can see this kind of operation clearly-it's not because he's afraid that An Shi can't manage it well, but because he's afraid that China can manage it too well.

“You don’t care, I’ll help you,” this word is familiar.

Rutte's words sounded like parents training their children: "If you can't write your homework well, I'll help you write it." But the problem is, this is not homework. This is a company that we bought with real money.

And the Dutch government's actions are absolutely not like "help". not only frozen assets, they also directly withdrew the CEO, not even the news of Thai Technology's shares in Anse, handed over to a "neutral third party" management.

If you say it's "temporary supervision", then tell me, after the supervision is over, the equity will not be repaid? Can the CEO come back? Can the company still operate independently? None of these questions were answered.

What's even more ironic is that the United States has already made it clear: you have to change people and let China withdraw its investment before it can be lifted for you. This game of "changing the skin without changing the bone" will not be believed by anyone as a "normal business behavior".

To put it clearly, it is not to let Chinese enterprises master the key semiconductor nodes in Europe. The better you develop, the worse they are. Seeing you can produce, export, make money, they are afraid, and finally just directly tie your hand.

China counter: not hard gas, there is a bottom gas

Faced with this set of "double standards under the banner of rules" operation, our country is not used to it. At the beginning of October, the Ministry of Commerce quickly took action and announced the implementation of export controls on Nexperia's subsidiaries and cooperative manufacturers in my country, restricting the export of key components and components.

You should know that about 80% of Anshi's production chain is in my country, especially the back-end sealing and testing links are basically all in my country. You took over the headquarters, but without shipments here, customers around the world would still not be able to supply them.

This is not over, China has also tightened the policy of rare-earth exports. Although rare-earth is small, but the goal of chip manufacturing, especially high-frequency devices, electric vehicles, wind energy, communications in these fields, is rare.

Automakers such as BMW and Volkswagen immediately met to respond, and the European Automobile Manufacturers Association also issued a statement saying that the chip supply chain was under tremendous pressure and named "geopolitically-induced disruptions."

This explains what it means to us that we do not react with a stroke of the head, but with precision, striking the key point. Not the impulse of "tooth to tooth", but the reason of "you shake my neck and I will break your oxygen."

What a misunderstanding? Then please return the key

Rutte said, "China misunderstood us". It sounds like trying to cool down, but the problem is, misunderstanding is not misunderstanding, not by mouth, but by action. Don't use "goodwill" as a fig leaf, rules are the true bottom line

The Ansh incident, not an ordinary business dispute, but a mirror, shed light on the background of the global technological competition, some Western countries face anxiety of China's enterprise growth.

In the final analysis, if the Dutch government's "good-intentioned takeover" this time is really out of goodwill, then please use rules to speak and market methods to solve it, and don't always use "national security" as a universal shield.
