On October 30 local time, former South Korean presidentYin Ziyoy attended trial on suspicion of initiating civil unrest, this is the first time he has attended the trial of this case in nearly four months.

On 26 January, the South Korean Prosecutor¡¯s Office for Emergency and Special Investigation headquarters prosecuted Yin Ziyang for ¡°suspicion of initiating civil unrest.¡± Yin Ziyang became the first current president to be prosecuted in the history of the South Korean constitution. On 4 April, the South Korean Constitutional Court announced that Yin Ziyang was removed from office by impeachment against Yin Ziyang.
