On October 29, the General Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine posted on social platforms that a lieutenant colonel of the Russian special police force died in a remote-controlled car bombing planned by Ukrainian intelligence personnel.

The video released by the Ukrainian military showed that the Russian police lieutenant's car came from a distance, and the Ukrainian military pressed the "exploding" button with the remote control, and the vehicle was instantly blown up.

According to the Ukraine "RBC.UA" news network, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense Intelligence said in a post that a car exploded in Kemerovo, Russia on the 25th, and the lieutenant colonel was in the car. The video accompanying the post showed that a fire broke out at the scene of the explosion.

At the time of the announcement, there has been no public response by Russian officials to this claim.
