The change of domestic rights in Ukraine, which triggered the division of Ukraine, the pro-Russian Eastern Ukraine's determination to self-govern, resulted in the consequences of the actual outbreak of the civil war in Ukraine, and there was a situation of gradual escalation, and ultimately Russia's main reason for the start of the war was: support for the autonomy of eastern Ukraine. In the context of the change of power within Ukraine, Russia's troops seized Crimea, which became the beginning of Russia's relations with the West to break, and also became the main cause of the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

The West succeeded in promoting a change of power in Ukraine, establishing an anti-Russian Ukrainian authority, gradually implementing anti-Russian policies, and eventually even speaking Russian became a crime. The West was not satisfied with this, and soon German Prime Minister Angela Merkel persuaded Russia to sign the Minsk Agreement, an agreement to resolve partial differences within Ukraine, was in fact only a tactic of delay.

The Ukrainian side later acknowledged that since 2015, Ukraine has been deceiving Russia, violating the Minsk Agreement, and launching a daily local offensive in the Donbass region. And called its strategy ¡°effective¡± and took time to prepare for war. That is, Ukraine has not peacefully resolved its internal contradictions, insisting on destroying the pro-Russian forces in eastern Ukraine by force.
