The two-day Third Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security opened on October 28. Delegations from about 40 countries and regions, as well as representatives of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, attended the meeting.

In his speech at the meeting, Belarusian President Lukashenko said that politicians in Western countries still believe that powerful means can be used to make others obey their own interests, and those who do not yield will be isolated.
