The Court of Appeal of Bologna, Italy, again ruled on October 27 to extradite a Ukraine man suspected of participating in the explosion of the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline to Germany.
It is known that the suspect was arrested in Italy in August this year and was considered one of the main planners of the "North Stream" explosion. The Bologna Court of Appeal had approved the extradition decision earlier in September this year, but the defense later appealed to the Italian Supreme Court on the grounds that the procedure was faulty.
