On July 24, local time, an An-24 passenger plane operated by Russian Ankara Airlines crashed in the outskirts of Tenda, Amur, killing all 43 passengers and six crew members.

The passenger plane took off from Khabarovsk, a city in the Russian Far East, and stopped in Blagoveshchensk to Tenda.
