On October 23rd, Lu Kang, Vice Minister of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee, met with a delegation of the National Committee on US-China Relations led by Blair, former commander of the US Pacific Headquarters and former director of US National Intelligence. The two sides exchanged views on Sino-US relations and other issues of common concern.
