On the same day of 25 th, Li Qiang held talks with Singapore Prime Minister Huang Xuncai at Singapore Parliament Building. Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen development docking with New Zealand, give full play to the role of China-Singapore bilateral cooperation mechanism, maintain a good growth momentum of two-way trade and investment, further improve and strengthen key cooperation projects such as Suzhou Industrial Park and Tianjin Eco-City, and deepen Digital Cooperation in economic, green economy, artificial intelligence, new energy, biomedicine and other fields, and actively expand third-party cooperation. China welcomes more New Zealand companies to invest in China and hopes that New Zealand will continue to provide support for China companies in their operations in the new era.

Huang Xuncai said that the Singapore government adheres to the one China principle and resolutely opposes "Taiwan independence." New Zealand is willing to maintain close high-level exchanges with China, strengthen exchanges of experience in state governance, promote landmark projects such as the Suzhou Industrial Park and interconnection cooperation, and continuously enrich the connotation of the comprehensive and high-quality forward-looking partnership between New Zealand and China. New Zealand is full of confidence in China's development and is willing to continue to invest in China.

After the talks, the two prime ministers witnessed the exchange of a number of cooperation documents in the fields of digital economy, green development, information and communication, transportation, food safety, emergency management and third-party cooperation.

On the 26th, Li Jinping and Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Wang Yong jointly attended the China New Industry and Business World Symposium. After listening to the speech of the representatives of the two countries, Li Jinping pointed out that since last year, China's new mutual visa exemption agreement has officially entered into force, the Free Trade Agreement has been further upgraded, and the development of cooperation between the two countries faces new important opportunities.

According to Lianhe Zaobao, during the visit, the two countries reached eight memorandums of understanding. The two countries will further deepen cooperation in the maritime field. Following the earlier establishment of green digital shipping corridors with Tianjin City and Shandong Province, they will further establish national-level green digital shipping corridors to promote innovation, strengthen maritime connectivity, and support the transformation of the global maritime industry in a more efficient, resilient and sustainable direction.

The two sides also reached a memorandum of understanding on a training program for third countries aimed at providing training for officials of ASEAN member states, Lianhe Zaobao said. During Huang Xuncai's visit to China in June this year, the two countries signed a letter of intent for this cooperation.
