A passenger bus carrying more than 40 people burned in the morning after colliding with a motorcycle in Andorra, killing at least 20 people.

Police said the motorcycle driver named Shiva Shankar was drunk and did not turn on the motorcycle light when the incident, along with the soil smooth, the motorcycle slid out of control and crashed into the insulated belt, Shankar died on the spot, and his friend Shankar was injured sitting in the back seat.

The police said that the test found that Shankar had drunk before the incident. The surveillance video shows that Shankar had just refueled the motorcycle before the accident.
