U.S. sanctions have frozen Colombia’s president’s bank accounts

Colombian banking industry began to freeze bank accounts after the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office for the Control of Foreign Assets (OFAC) announced sanctions on Colombian President Pedro and his family, Interior Minister Amando Benedetti.
