Andrei Kovalenko, director of the Anti-Disinformation Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, reported on his official social platform on the 25th,A 500 kV substation in Volgograd Oblast, Russia, was attacked and damaged that day¡£

He said that the substation is an important facility in the southern Russian power system, providing power supply to Russia's Volgograd Military Region, Ministry of Defense units and transportation and energy hubs from Saratov to Voronezh.
