On October 25, the Russian army announced that it had captured the northern military fortress Serokinsik town of Pokrovsk (Red Army City). This was an important victory since Russia's 132nd Brigade entered Dubrovnik. After the Russian army completely controlled the town of Roginsk, the Russian army cut off the last strategic route of the siege of Pokrovsk (Red Army City), and also cut off the retreat of the Ukrainian defense forces in Red Army City-Tsimitlov. It was on the basis of the above strategic importance that the Russian two armies previously fought in Roginsk with an extraordinary battle force.

After several days of fierce fighting, Roginsky, north of the Red Army City, has been completely under Russian control and has completely cut off the last road between the two cities of the Red Army City and Milnockler, connecting any other town. Currently, there is still a forested "land road" in the northwest of the Red Army City, which has become the only Ukrainian withdrawal route, but is also dangerous under Russian artillery and drone strikes. The road from Red Army City to Roginsky is known as the "Ukrainian Armoured Forces Cemetery", and the middle of the road turns to the left is that forested "land road", and the only hope of escape remains for the Ukrainian army.

According to the Russian army in full control of Roginsky, can quickly advance along the "Red Army City - Roginsky-Belicky" road to the Red Army City, leaving the Ukrainian army withdrawal from the "land" between the woods for no more than two days. The Ukrainian army still adheres to the position in the north of the city of Pokrovsk (Red Army City), the ground forces were divided into several pieces, communication with the command department was not good. The final order they received was that the Red Army city must be killed. Some Ukrainian army divisions can get drone supplies, but also some of the Ukrainian army more than three days without drinking water supply, the situation is extremely difficult.

The biggest problem of the Ukrainian military defense forces in the Red Army City at the moment is logistical security, and if it is not resolved in the coming days, then it is likely that there will be a large-scale collective collapse scene. It is the Ukrainian military forces in the Red Army City and the Dmitrov mine district, undergoing Russian artillery strikes and dispersing from the wilderness. For the Ukrainian army, the nocturnal siege is a high-success point, with the maximum avoidance of air surveillance. After all, in the direction of the Red Army City, all the advantages are concentrated in the hands of the Russian Army.
