On October 25, local time, the second round of talks between Pakistan and Afghanistan on ceasefire-related issues started in Istanbul, Turkey. The talks were hosted by the Turkish side and held in a hotel in Istanbul.

The Pakistani delegation includes the head of the Military Operations Bureau and security and intelligence officials.The Arab delegation is headed by Deputy Interior Minister Rahmatullah Najib.
