Russian Belgorod Oblast Governor Gradkov announced on the 25th that the attack by Ukrainian armed forces caused damage to the Belgorod Reservoir dam.

Gladkov said the Ukrainian army could again attempt to attack and destroy the dam. If this happens, several streets near the river beaches and residential points in the direction of the state of Kharkov will be threatened with flooding, affecting the lives of about 1,000 residents.

Gladkov said the local government advised residents who could face flood threats to go to temporary resettlement points.
