Maduro says he will try to stop the U.S. from “making” war

Xinhua News Agency, Caracas, October 24 (Reporter Tian Rui) Venezuelan President Maduro said on the 24th that the United States is "creating a new war" and Venezuela will try its best to prevent it from happening.

Speaking on national television that day, Maduro said that the people of South America and the Caribbean do not want war, but desire peace, prosperity and harmony.
