Explosion attacks on train platform in Ukraine, killing 4 and injuring 12

The Ukrainian National Police Bureau said on October 24 that an explosion in the morning at the Owluchy railway station in the northern province of Uzbekistan occurred, killing 4 people and wounding 12 people.

According to a preliminary investigation, staff of the Ukrainian Border Protection Agency were checking passenger documents at the Aufrouge train station, and a 23-year-old man from the state of Kharkov suddenly took out the explosive device and threw it into the station. The explosion killed the man and three women, including a border officer.
