Zelensky: Any form of territorial exchange with Russia is 'unacceptable'

Ukraine President Zelensky said at a press conference held in Brussels on October 23 local time,Any form of exchange of territory with Russia is “unacceptable.”The peace plan should start with a ceasefire and then start negotiations, he stressed, adding that Russia should continue to exert greater pressure and then the Russian side will sit down and negotiate.

Zelensky also said that Russia's frozen assets should be used to purchase weapons from Europe and the United States, and Ukraine should also be able to use the funds to develop its own weapons production.

Zelensky also clarified that Ukraine did not use long-range weapons provided by the United States to attack targets in Russia, and revealed that Ukraine's independently developed long-range strike capability has a range of 3000 kilometers.
