The storm "Benjamin" hit the Netherlands on 23 October, causing the country's national traffic to be severely blocked.The Netherlands' Royal Meteorological Institute issued a second high-level "orange early warning" on the same day, and the wind speed is expected to reach 120 kilometers per hour.

Due to the storm, Royal Dutch Airlines has cancelled dozens of flights departing from Amsterdam Skypu Airport and warned that there could be large area delays.

Rail transport was also severely impacted.The Dutch Railway Group announced an emergency operating plan, with some train flights cancelled.The company also warned passengers to book longer flights and prepare for the transfer.

According to the Dutch Royal Meteorological Institute, the storm will last until the 24th, after which the wind will gradually weaken from the south to the north.
