Belarusian female model was killed in Myanmar, and her organs were removed and sold! Thailand dumped the pot for "voluntary departure", and Myanmar netizens angrily denounced ~

Thai media that the Belarusian model who died in Myanmar was not abducted to Myanmar via Thailand.

The immigration agency confirmed that the Belarusian model, Vera Kravtsova, voluntarily left Thailand in September without any signs of being abducted.

Earlier, the British "Daily Mail" reported that Vera was attracted by an online model job offer. After going to Thailand, she fell into a telecom fraud park in northern Myanmar and was forced to participate in telecom fraud activities, where she was killed and organs were harvested. Thailand subsequently denied the allegations.

According to the Daily Mail, in September, Vera arrived in Bangkok for a modeling job, but was later swindled to the e-fraud park in Myanmar, and her mobile phones and passports were confiscated. In the e-fraud park area, she wasly beaten and disappeared on October 4, after reports that she was tortured and killed, her organs were removed for sale, and her body was burned and buried.

The gang who allegedly kidnapped Vera demanded that her family pay $500,000 to get her body back. For this, Vera’s mother has requested her ashes back and plans to go to Myanmar to arrange a funeral.

After the incident, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus confirmed that the citizen of the country, Vera, has been missing since October 4, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs plans to assist the family through official channels to return the ashes.

Panuma Bniara, the head of the immigration agency in Thailand, has previously ordered a detailed verification of the woman’s entry records through the immigration agency’s biometric database.

The verification results showed that Vera Kravtsova, a Belarusian citizen, entered Thailand via Suvarnabhumi Airport at 00:41 local time on September 12, and took Thai Airways flight TG301 at 07:20 local time on September 20, leaving Thailand via the exit checkpoint of Suvarnabhumi Airport, and its destination was Yangon Airport in Myanmar. The biometric system has clearly identified it as the same person.

In addition, according to surveillance video surveillance findings, Viera departed via the Automatic Channel (ABC), an automated customs system that did not require direct inspection by immigration officials.

Cheng Long further stated that after the woman left Thailand for Myanmar, the subsequent incidents were beyond the jurisdiction of the Thai authorities, so it was impossible to confirm or provide relevant information.

The immigration agency also sent photos of Vera’s arrival in Thailand to the Belarusian embassy in Bangkok, stressing that reports of “a Belarusian model being abducted from Thailand to Myanmar” were false.

The Royal Thai Police and Myanmar authorities are currently working together to investigate the incident to resolutely prevent cross-border fraud or trafficking in human beings, in particular to curb the illegal activities of using Thailand as a transit point to the surrounding existing “fraud parks” or online fraud gangs active areas.

In this regard, some Myanmar netizens said, "Everyone is scolding Myanmar, so many foreigners come through Thailand", "There are so many news about cracking down on electronic fraud, why are they still cheated?", "Every time a similar incident occurs, Thailand It is Myanmar's crime to dump the blame and show that its country is innocent ~"
