Guo Jiakun said that relevant reports from individual think tanks in the United States confuse concepts, generalize, and even quote some unverified information to deliberately smear and attack the normal cooperation between China and West African countries. They obviously have ulterior motives and are despicable. We advise some people in the United States to stop hiding behind and messing around and throwing dirty water on other countries. We should think more about how to do practical things for the African people.
