The victim, Rifan Fukuyama, accepted an interview with Kyodo News Agency under her real name. She said,"I have lived in great pain over the years. The reason why I brought my father to court is because I want more people who have suffered the same pain to see that I am still strong. Live hard, hoping to give them courage and get the attention of society." It is reported that Fukuyama Lifan was sexually assaulted by her father at least 8 times at home from the second grade of junior high school to the second grade of high school. Afterwards, her father threatened her not to tell her mother.

Fukuyama Rifan sued his father in court in March this year, but as the court time approached, his health became very poor due to high tension. Fortunately, he was accompanied by her husband before entering the Toyama County District Court. On October 21, the court sentenced Fukuyama Lifan's father, Hiroshi Daemeng, to 8 years in prison. Regarding this verdict, Fukuyama Rifan said,"I can finally feel at ease. Although part of the injuries in my heart can be cured by the verdict, that experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. But what I really wanted was actually my father's sincere apology from the bottom of his heart, which failed to materialize in the end."

The reporter learned that the beast's father, Guangzhi, expressed dissatisfaction with the verdict. He always insisted that he was innocent in court."My daughter voluntarily had sexual intercourse with me, which is not beyond our family's education method, and if she is unwilling, she can completely resist."
