On the same day, the medical team organized the "Chinese Medicine Free Clinic for the Elderly" to provide free acupuncture, massage, cupping, moxibustion and health consultation for local residents. Many local residents said that the curative effect was remarkable. Medical staff from the two countries also exchanged views on pharmacological mechanisms and clinical applications.

Guo Jianjun, head of the traditional Chinese medicine team of the medical team, said that he will continue to use traditional Chinese medicine as a bridge to convey health concepts, serve local people, and let more people understand and benefit from traditional medicine.

Richard Noah Musa, Coordinator of Traditional and Complementary Medicine in Sierra Leone, said that he hopes to continue to promote cooperation in traditional medicine between Serbia and China to improve the health of the Sierra Leonean community.
