In a tragedy in Paris, France, 27-year-old Algerian illegal immigrant Dahbia Benkired was accused of brutal sexual assault, harassment and murder of 12-year-old girl Lola Daviet, simply because the mother of the victim girl did not ban the murderer. This case was recently tried in the felony court, and the details of the cruel crime shocked France.

The case took place on the afternoon of October 14, 2022, when Dabiya intercepted Lola from her schooling home at the doorstep of an apartment building in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, seducing her to rape inside the house where her sister lived. Dabiya hurts the killer only because Lora's mother refuses to give her an elevator ban card.

The prosecutor noted that Dabiya forced the victim to take a shower, then sexually assaulted her, then repeatedly stabbed the victim with a knife and a sculpture knife, leaving her scaly wounded, and then wrapped Lora's face and body with a tape layer, eventually causing her to suffocate death.

After Dabia killed Lola, she stuffed her body into a suitcase and dragged it to a nearby cafe. The monitoring screen shows that she claimed to a male customer that the box contained "kidneys for sale", during which she opened the suitcase slightly and asked the other party to check the contents. After the man saw it, he was suspected of being scared to stand up.

Dabia finally threw the suitcase on the side of the road until 11 o'clock that night, when a tramp found Lola's body hidden inside and rushed to the police. The police found in the suitcase that Lola's arms were tied together, her face was completely covered with adhesive tape, her chin had a deep wound, her neck was almost broken, and there were a lot of knife marks on her back.

Police arrested Dabiya and searched for knives and scissors with blood traces in her home. The investigation found that Dabiya had searched online for witchcraft-related content a few days before the crime.

Dabiya arrived in France in 2013 with a student visa, and after the visa expired, the French authorities asked her to leave in August 2022, but she had not been forced back and remained illegally.

She said in court that she was unhappy that Lola¡¯s mother didn¡¯t give her a ban card, and that her anger was spilled on Lola because she broke up with her ex-boyfriend. In addition, she claimed that she was paralyzed by her parents¡¯ successive deaths, which led to a mental collapse, and that she consumed a lot of marijuana every day.

Laura was murdered and her family was severely injured. Lola's father, John, died of a heart attack in February 2024 due to excessive sadness at the age of 49.

Experts made a mental appraisal on Dabia, and thought that she had no serious mental illness and should bear criminal responsibility. The trial will last until October 23rd, and Dabia can be sentenced to a maximum of life imprisonment without commutation and parole.
