The Russian participating forces launched the Arles intercontinental ballistic missile from the "Presetsk" space launch site to the "Kura" target located on the Canadian peninsula. The strategic nuclear submarine "Briansk" in the waters of the Barents Sea launched the "deep blue" ballistic missile. The Map-95MS long-range strategic bomber participating in the exercise launched an air-based cruise missile.
