According to TA reports, Chelsea is in talks with former Liverpool visit and referral manager Dave-Falos, plans to appoint him to senior sports leadership positions of the club.
For 12 years at Liverpool, Faros was one of the key backstones of the team’s recent glorious periods. He helped the club establish a data-driven player recruitment model and dominated many of the club’s most important signatures in modern history, including Phelmino, Manet, Sarah, Robertson and Alison. With his help, Liverpool won a number of major championships, including the Premier League and Champions League.
Dave-Falos left Liverpool in October 2024 and previously served at Manchester City, Newcastle and other teams. If he succeeds in joining Chelsea, he is expected to be in charge of fields such as detectives, player growth paths and football development, and to work closely with the existing sports director team.
