Cote d'Ivoire's Minister of Interior and Security, Wagondo Diomander, and Minister of State and Minister of Defense, Tene Vilahima Ouattara, jointly signed an executive order on the 17th to regulate regulations on recent assembly activities to ensure public order and national security during the election period.
