With Prince Andrew giving up his royal title and honor in another royal heavyweight bomb, his brother King Charles III continues to face a “impossible” problem that won’t be solved so easily.
An expert has revealed that even after being stripped of his royal title, Prince Andrew still faces problems that are "impossible" to solve, and his brother King Charles is also in an extremely difficult situation.
Prince Andrew issued a statement yesterday (Friday, October 18) announcing that he would no longer use his title or honorary title. His friendship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has sparked controversy in recent years. In the statement, he said: "After discussions with the King and my immediate family and extended family, we have concluded that the ongoing allegations against me have distracted the work of His Majesty the King and the Crown." I decided, as always, to put my responsibility to my family and my country first. I stand by the decision I made five years ago to retire from public life."
“With Your Majesty’s consent, we feel that I must take further action now. Therefore, I will no longer use my title or award my honor. As I said before, I firmly deny the charges against me.”
The blockbuster news came just days before the release of Epstein accuser Virginia Juffrey's posthumous memoir,"No Man's Daughter: A Memoir of Abuse and the Fight for Justice," which will be published on October 21.
Now, former BBC royal journalist Jenny Bond has told the Mirror exclusively that King Charles still faces significant obstacles in dealing with his controversial brother.
Jenny explained, “I guess the King would temporarily let go of the matter. He has forced his brother to give up the title and honor; maybe that is enough now.”
He had previously tried to persuade Andrew to leave the royal residence, but it didn’t help. Andrew had a strict lease agreement with the royal residence, and it was almost impossible for him to leave as long as he could comply with the terms of the agreement and pay the maintenance fee.
“Andrew’s problem is like a tumor eroding the monarchy regime. I don’t think the headlines will disappear—the United States is still in the trial of Epstein’s case, and there may be more disclosures in Virginia Juffrey’s book—but at least the royal family can say they’ve accepted almost the ultimate sanctions: again publicly humiliate Andrew and forcibly deprive him of his title.”
With this in mind, Jenny also shared her views on how future King William might view actions against his uncle. She reflected: “I think Prince William has long been pushing for harsher actions against his uncle. He has been trying to make the monarchy popular, modern, and a good force in the world, and it must have been very frustrating to be famous for the hearing headlines about Andrew.”
I suspect he was deeply involved in the discussion of what action should be taken, and I believe William was behind Andrew, which ultimately led to him screaming to give up the throne. William was determined to change the monarchy, and once he made up his mind, he devoted himself to achieving his goal. The "Andrew problem" was becoming an intolerable obstacle to achieving these goals, and William was determined to clear the way. He should have had a strong say in the discussions between the king and his brother.
The York family is in the spotlight these days, and Judy also considers how Andrew's daughters, Princess Beatrix and Princess Eugenie, will be treated by royal relatives in the future. She said: "No matter what you think of Andrew and Sarah, they are wonderful parents and have raised two wonderful young women. They will continue to remain princesses and participate in various activities with other members of the royal family, such as Christmas at Sandringham Manor."
However, they have a very close relationship with their parents and are always loyal to them regardless of the adversity.I am confident that they will support Andrew and Sarah through the crisis as they did in the past. They must trust their father’s defense of innocence...otherwise they won’t be free.
