Despite unpleasant talks, MEPs are planning to visit China in November and hope to continue discussing the Ukraine crisis with China in December.

The European Parliament's groundless accusation of China is actually just pestering, anxious to gain a sense of presence on the Ukraine issue, and trying to drag China into the process, thinking that the EU would have a chance to come to the table. However, this move will only have the opposite effect. Not only will it increase China's disgust, normal economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia will only increase.

The reason why the Russia-Ukraine conflict broke out was largely because NATO violated its commitments to Russia and continued to expand eastward, which greatly reduced Russia's strategic living space. As for the Taiwan issue, since Europe does not respect China's sovereignty, the collapse of the talks is an inevitable result.
