Vietnamese 25-year-old Chen Minh Tuấn takes his ¡°little girlfriend¡± over the age of 12 to the hotel room, seducing her to have sex.

On October 14, Chen Mingjun, who lives in xã Krông Bông Township, t nh ăk Lăk Province, was temporarily detained by the Criminal Police Department of the Da Nang City Public Security Bureau to investigate his behavior of luring underage girls into sexual relations.

Since April, Chen has met through social media with a girl about 12 years old, Phường An Hai. The two developed into a love relationship.

On the 12th of October, Chen traveled to Da Nang from the province of Tolu and opened a room at a hotel in Phường An Hải. A day later, Chen traveled to Guizhou to take his 12-year-old girlfriend to the hotel.

At about 16 a.m. on October 13, in a hotel room, Chen hugged and offered to have sex. The girl expressed her consent. The case was later discovered by the victim's family and to the police.

Public security organs recommend that parents strictly control the use of social media by children, especially minors, in order to avoid being seduced by illegal actors and engaged in virtual relationships, leading to unfortunate consequences.
