The Constitutional Court of Moldova ruled on September 16 that the results of the parliamentary elections held on September 28 were valid and that the ruling Party of Action and Unity won the election.

The Constitutional Court of Morocco approved the qualifications of 101 elected members and the list of alternate members, and a total of 5 political parties or party coalitions entered the new parliament.
