On the 16th local time, Bortnikov, director of the Russian Federal Security Service, said in Samarkand that British and Ukrainian intelligence agencies had planned to launch attacks on energy facilities such as "Turkish Creek".
Boltnikov also said that the British Special Airborne Forces (SAS) and MI6 had also planned to use drones to launch a series of attacks on the Caspian Sea energy pipeline. At the same time, intelligence indicates that intelligence services in Ukraine and the United Kingdom are planning attacks on the Russian border area. According to the plan, Uzbek personnel will sneak into Russia to carry out sabotage activities. In addition, drones, unmanned boats and frogman troops will be used to launch attacks on important infrastructure.
Boltnikov pointed out that there is no doubt that NATO intelligence services are linked to the recent alleged Russian drone incidents in EU countries. In the past, British intelligence services have participated in special operations of Ukrainian security agencies code-named "Darknet", launching attacks on airports where the Russian side has deployed strategic bombers.
At the moment, neither Ukraine nor the UK have responded to this.
