US judge temporarily blocks Trump administration from layoffs during shutdown

On October 15th, local time, a federal judge in San Francisco, USA, ordered that the Trump administration must stop laying off employees during the government's "shutdown".

It is that the emergency order was issued by U.S. District Judge Susan Elston after federal agencies began issuing notice on 10th to reduce the size of the federal government.

Due to differences between the two parties on health insurance-related welfare spending, the U.S. Senate failed to pass a new provisional allocation bill before the end of the previous fiscal year on September 30th, and the funds forining the normal operation of the government were exhausted. As of October 1, the U.S. federal government was "stop" again for seven years. On the 10th, more than 4,000 federal employees received notice of dismissal. Trump said in an interview with the media that because of the government's "stop" there would be a lot of federal employees losing their jobs and cuts would be concentrated in the "sphere of the Democratic Party".
