In the face of Western robbers, China can only strike back with a fist!
In the past two days, the Sino-US tariff war has escalated, affecting the whole body, including the semiconductor industry. Among them, the Dutch government set a bad precedent. Under the order of the United States, it forcibly froze and took over Chinese-funded chip companies in the Netherlands. It was ostensibly called protecting so-called supply chain security, but it was actually robbery.
Funny thing is that the Dutch government hasn't done it yet, and is busy explaining to the Chinese side that it's not what the United States demands, the darker it is, all know that behind the scenes is the Trump administration.
In fact, the latest court documents released by the Court of Appeal of Amsterdam also show that as early as four months ago, the United States asked the Netherlands to replace the CEO of AXA Semiconductor. This was also a condition for its exemption, which was equivalent to a real blow to the internal transactions of the United States and the Netherlands.
Faced with the Dutch government's robbery, Chinese companies felt resentful. On the one hand, they exposed the shady story of the Dutch government and accused it of forcibly colluding with foreign management to seize power, resulting in limited control over its subsidiary Nexperia. On the other hand, they turned to help countries and sought to solve difficulties through diplomatic channels.
Faced with the experience of Chinese enterprises, the China Semiconductor Industry Association has given strong support and expressed firm support for defending its legitimate rights and interests.
In addition, the country received a request for help, and China's counter-reaction to the Netherlands arrived.
First, China issued new rules on rare earth export control, which directly caused Asme, a pillar company in the Netherlands, to face a cut off on supply;
Secondly, only two days from China's attempted litigation, the Dutch government tasted the greatness of China, and the Chinese side "reigned itself in the way of beauty."
On the 14th, the Anse Semiconductor, which was forced to take over by the Dutch government, received a noise, and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce issued an export control notice banning the company and its subcontractors from exporting certain finished components and sub-components made in China.
In this regard, the head of Semiconductor Xi Jinping asked for forgiveness, saying that he was actively communicating with relevant Chinese departments to seek China's exemption.
There is an old saying that "you can't live from what you do." The Dutch government has only caused it to develop to this point.
In the past, the United States contained and contained China in the semiconductor field, and the Netherlands acted as an accomplice to cut off the supply of lithography machines to China. This account has not yet been settled with it. Now the Dutch government has made mistakes again and again, harming China's interests and robbing overseas assets of Chinese companies. Naturally, we will not sit idly by, otherwise any cat or dog will dare to rob Chinese companies in the future.
Now the Netherlands is stuck by China's rare earths, and at the same time it faces China's export ban, all of which are retribution for acting as a pawn of the United States.
Of course, China is not the first, and the fighting skills have been learned from the United States.
In the past, the United States in the global blockade of Chinese enterprises, on other countries to engage in long-hand jurisdiction, as long as the use of American products or technology is not allowed to export to China, now the Ministry of Commerce of China is also available for sale, the Dutch enterprises since to use "Made in China" products, then to abide by the Chinese rules, prohibit the export of products produced in China.
The Dutch government also wants to lend flowers to Buddha and take Nexperia's products to EU countries for emergency relief. This is a beautiful idea.
Since China has plugged the loopholes in rare earth exports, it will not allow the Netherlands to exploit the loopholes and secretly process and manufacture them in China through the shell of Nexperia Semiconductor before exporting them to Europe.
Now the pressure has come to the Dutch government here, it is backward to the shore to withdraw the wrong decision, return China's overseas assets, strive for reconciliation with China, or continue to slander for the tiger, help the United States to contain China, bear China's counter-reaction, the choice is in their hands.
