On October 15, Russian President's press secretary Peskov said in a routine briefing:Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to negotiations on Ukraine, the current stagnation of Russian-Ukrainian dialogue is the responsibility of Kiev¡£

Peskov said it was uncertain whether Putin and U.S. President Trump would be able to talk recently.

Regarding the topic of the talks to be held by Russian and Syrian leaders on the same day, peskov said that the two sides will discuss the existence of Russian military bases in Syria.

Peskov also said that the Russian economy is resilient enough to carry out all the planned projects.
