Law enforcement officers werely executing an order of deportation against a homeowner at the time, and the owner received an order of deportation for debt. Law enforcement officers tried to expel the owner last year, but ended up failing because the owner threatened to explode the house.

Police said the house was occupied by two middle-aged men and a middle-aged woman, who were related by blood. The mediator tried to communicate with the owner who hid in the house and refused to cooperate. When the gendarmes arrived at the scene, one of the three caused the explosion. A man and a woman were arrested at the scene, and another man who fled after the explosion was quickly captured. All three have been taken to hospital.
