On the morning of October 13 local time, U.S. President Donald Trump arrived at the Israeli parliament in Jerusalem, before speaking to the parliament, Trump told the media that ¡°the war in Gaza has ended and Hamas will disarm.¡±

The Israeli Prime Minister¡¯s Office issued a statement on the morning of the 10th that the government has approved the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. The Israeli Army will withdraw its troops and cease fire within 24 hours, after which Israeli detainees will be released within 72 hours. The Israeli Army said on the 10th that the first phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza has entered into force on the 10th at 12 a.m. local time. On the 13th, Hamas transferred all 20 surviving detainees to Israel through the International Committee of the Red Cross. The Israeli side has also begun to release 2,000 Palestinian detainees.
