From 8 a.m. on October 13 local time, Hamas began delivering hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the first groups of detainees were released in the "Neckarim" corridor area in the Gaza Strip.
The second batch was released from Khan Younis and central areas in the southern Gaza Strip at 10:00 local time.
The International Committee of the Red Cross will hand over the released hostages to Israeli troops in Gaza, who will then escort them out of the Gaza Strip.
But there was an Israeli soldier who wasn’t on the exchange list and didn’t know what happened. They would return to the Israeli military base for a health assessment and reunite with their families.
Once confirmed that the hostages have crossed the border into Israel, Israel will begin to release 2,000 Pakistani detainees, including 250 sentenced to long term imprisonment or life imprisonment.
