According to the Metro News, United senior executives have met with senior players in the team to discuss the current state of the club, while Amolin's future is still full of uncertainty.
The International Match Day did not calm the speculation about Amolin's future at Manchester United. According to the Metro News, Manchester United's senior staff had talked with some key players in the team to understand the mood inside the team.
Now 40, Amorim is approaching his first anniversary at Old Trafford, taking over from Ten Hach in November 2024. However, after leading the team to an all-time low 15th in the Premier League last season, the pace of progress this season has not been as fast as many expected.
This season, Manchester United was eliminated in the League Cup by the Premier League team and further hit the morale. Amolin's team has not yet won the field, and the club's senior team therefore turned to certain players to listen to their views on the current situation of the team.
This situation is reminiscent of the seven-hour marathon meeting between Teng Hach and Manchester United executives in the same period last year. Shortly after that meeting, Ten Hach was fired.

Omar Berada and Jason Wilcox are believed to be dominating the latest discussions between club management and players. Captain Bruno Fernandez is one of the objects being consulted, and the opinions of other players have also been sought.

The Glazer family's management of Manchester United has been a big source of dissatisfaction for fans, and Ratcliffe has struggled to change that sentiment since acquiring nearly 30% of the shares and taking over day-to-day operations last year.
Recently, coaches such as Oliver Glasser, Eddie Howe, Southgate and Simeone have all been mentioned as possible to take over the post of Manchester United manager. However, at present, it seems that the current coach Amorim will stay in office for the time being.
Despite having coached 50 Premier League games, Amorim has yet to win a winning streak in the league. The Red Devils performed well at home, beating Sunderland 2-0 before the international break, but their away performance remained sluggish.
Manchester United is currently ranked 10th in the league, just two points away from the top six. In the next month, they will face strong opponents such as Liverpool, Brighton, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham.
