The spokesman said that once Israel confirms that it has received all scheduled transfers, it will begin to release Palestinian prisoners.

On the same day, Israeli Defense Minister Katz stated on social media that after the detainees are released, the Israeli army will directly destroy all tunnels built by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip. This is in line with the established principles of eliminating Palestinian armed forces in the Gaza Strip and "eliminating Hamas".

The Israeli Prime Minister's Office issued a statement in the early morning of the 10th, saying that the Israeli government had approved the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. The Israeli army will withdraw its troops and cease fire within 24 hours, and the detainees will be released within 72 hours.
