According to the Pakistan Earthquake Monitoring Center, at 19:54 local time on October 11, a magnitude 5.0 earthquake occurred in Punjab Province of the country. The epicenter was located 50 km east of Layyah and the focal depth was 20 km. No casualties or property damage were reported. (General reporter Cui Ru)
