A magnitude 5.0 earthquake strikes off Luzon Island, Philippines

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanic Seismology, at around 17: 32 local time on October 11th, a 5.0-magnitude earthquake occurred near Zambales Province, Luzon Island, northern Philippines, with a focal depth of 100 kilometers. The earthquake is not expected to cause damage, but there will be aftershocks. The earthquake was felt in Metro Manila, the capital of the Philippines. (CCTV News)
