A large jury of a federal district court in the eastern district of Virginia decided on Monday to file a criminal case against New York State Democratic Attorney General Litichia James, accused of:¡°Bank fraud¡±and"Making false statements to financial institutions"James issued a statement denying the allegations and accusing President Trump of ¡°armed up the judiciary system.¡±

The lawsuit accused James of lying that a property in Norfolk, Virginia, was her second home, so she received a preferential loan condition that she could not get when buying the property, but she rented the property to a three-person home.

James issued a statement on the 9th denying the allegations, saying it was a ¡°continuation of Trump¡¯s arming of our judicial system in all its ways.¡± ¡°These allegations are unfounded and the president¡¯s own public statement also made clear that his only goal is political retaliation at all costs.¡±

During former President Biden's reign, James' office filed a lawsuit in 2022 over alleged fraud in the Trump Group's alleged falsification of records. James defended this in a statement on 9: "I firmly support my office's lawsuit against the Trump Group. We conducted a two-year investigation based on facts and evidence rather than political considerations. The judge upheld the court's ruling that Donald Trump, his company and his two sons were responsible for the fraud."

On Sept. 25, a grand jury in the same court-the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia-indicted former FBI Director James Comey on alleged misrepresentation and obstruction of congressional proceedings. On Oct. 8, Comey pleaded not guilty to both charges during a pretrial hearing.
