On the 7th of this month, the 13th Criminal Department of the Regional Court of Parliament sentenced A. to four years in prison for alleged rape and ordered A. not to work for five years in institutions related to children, adolescents and persons with disabilities.

A was sent for trial for allegedly trying to sexually assault B, a male in his 20s, on a street in Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province at about 0: 00 am on September 16th last year.

At that time, A deliberately approached B, who was walking on the road, and said, "Where are you going?" Then he suggested, "Let's have a beer together", which was rejected by B.

B was trying to get away from A, but was caught by A. A was trying to kiss B forcibly, and B was shocked to fall during the rebellion, and A was then riding on him to attempt sexual assault.

It is reported that A entered South Korea with a short-term visa in 2022 and applied for refugee status. His legal stay status lasted until April 18 this year.

In court, A denied the allegations, saying: ¡°Though it is true that there has been a kiss after the consent of both sides, there has not been a violent act.¡± ¡°H, the court did not accept A¡¯s claim.
