Foreign entities included in the list of unreliable entities by the Ministry of Commerce, including 14 enterprises and their branches, will be prohibited from engaging in China-related import and export activities; new investment in China will be prohibited; related transactions, cooperation and other activities with organizations, individuals and entities in China will be prohibited, in particular, the transfer of data and the provision of sensitive information to these foreign entities will be prohibited.
