In order to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, the unreliable entity list working mechanism has decided to include foreign entities such as Anti-UAV Technology Company, TechInsights and its branches in the unreliable entity list in accordance with relevant provisions such as Articles 2, 8 and 10 of the "Regulations on the List of Unreliable Entities". And take the following treatment measures:
b) prohibits the aforementioned entities from engaging in import and export activities related to China;
b) prohibiting the aforementioned entities from adding new investments in China;
Third, it is prohibited for organizations and individuals within the territory of China to conduct related transactions, cooperation and other activities with the aforementioned entities, in particular to transmit data and provide sensitive information to the aforementioned entities.
